Vintage Design
A set of six teak dining chairs with paper cord seats in a classic design by Arne Hovmand-Olsen and produced in the 1960s as Model MK310 by the firm of Mogens Kold, Denmark. The chair backs have a pleasing form of organic curves and the seats have the concave shape typical of Hovmand-Olsen’s designs for the company. The frames have been carefully cleaned and oiled and the seats have been rewoven with Danish cord following the original pattern. Minor marks and light signs of wear to the frames. One of the chairs has a restoration where the back rest has been repaired (see photos).
