Vintage Design
Beautiful lounge chair designed by Belgian modernist designer Alfred Hendrickx for Belform. This chair is from Alfred’s early design period in the 50s where he was clearly inspired by Italian and Scandinavian designers. It was only in the 60s that he designed his famous modern line of furniture which he is much more known for. These early works are lesser known and also harder to find which makes this a collector’s item. In perfect restored condition and reupholstered with a nice period-correct red velvet fabric.
