Vintage Design
These twin nightstands chest of drawers in a beautiful peach pink and black lacquer could serve in a bedroom, or as sturdy end tables in a living room or office, or else as small commodes in a dressing room. The crisp mix of peach and black lacquer has a beautiful visual impact, Chanel like feel, with the brass details blending into the lacquer almost seamlessly. Designed by Jean-Claude Mahey for Roche Bobois in the 1970’s, these commodes are typical of the French designer. They have been fully restored, and relacquered, and are in a great vintage condition.
