Pair of Vintage Tabletop Cast Stone Pineapples

This pair of vintage pineapple finials was cast using reconstituted stone circa the 1960s. Both pineapples have a molded foot and neck above a square plinth. The large slips above have curled foliate design tips, covering the lower section of the segmented fruits.

Symbolically, pineapples signify hospitality. Placing our pair of pineapple finials on either side of a door or walkway lets visitors know that they are welcome. The pleasing pair of cast stone pineapple finials has a lovely, weathered patina. They can stand alone or be placed on top of a console table.
