A pair of Javanese Art Deco style teak wood plant stands from the 20th century, with tall proportions, horizontal brass braces and curving bases. Created on the island of Java during the 20th century, this pair of large planters charms us with their Art Deco lines and warm teak wood patina. Each planter features a circular top with an opening of 14 inches diameter, sitting above an oblong tapering body accented with horizontal brass braces. The planters are each raised on four gracefully curving legs connected to one another through a lower finial and are coming down to rest on a square base with four protruding corners. With their Art Deco lines, great proportions and complimenting colors, this pair of Javanese teak wood plant stands from the 20th century will make for a lovely decorative addition to any home, whether placed indoors perhaps anchoring an entry way or fireplace, or under a covered patio.
