Vintage Design
An extremely stylish and very rare set of six Danish dining chairs. They were designed by Niels Koefoed and made in Denmark by Koefoed Hornslet in the 1960’s. This model is called the ‘Lis’ chair.
The quality is outstanding, with sculptural and elegant frames that have a light appearance, yet are very sturdy. There are two carver chairs with beautifully designed arms and four side chairs, all with exquisitely made ladder backs. The legs are nicely tapered, and the chairs have a fantastic appearance from all angles.
The condition is absolutely superb, we have had the frames stripped and re-polished to a very high standard. The black vinyl seats are in perfect condition.
