Vintage Design
The table has a teak top with softly rounded corners. The leg stand has crossed legs in solid oak and braces in brass that hold the pairs of legs together against the frame. The stand also becomes a stylish decoration.
The table has two flaps that are easy to fold up when needed and they extend the table by a total of 100 cm.
In the early 1950s, Wegner designed the table, which over time has become a piece of furniture strongly associated with Danish design. The table partly has the relaxed combination of oak and teak, which in many ways characterizes Danish design. For one thing, the table also has the stripped-down expression that means that the eye does not get tired and that it is possible to set the table in any environment!
Fire-stamped on the underside of the table.
128x86x74+2×50 cm with a total length of 228 cm.
The dining table is in absolute top condition with very few traces of use! The only thing to point out is that one flap has a slightly lighter tone, see pictures.
