Vintage Design
The “Groeten uit Holland” (Greetings from Holland) chair is an iconic design by Rob Eckhardt, manufactured by Pastoe in the Netherlands around 1980.
Inspired by the Dutch tulip, this asymmetrical chair has an eye-catching style! It is newly upholstered in the highest quality black and red fabric. The backrest has a different color than the rest of the chair, which is how the design was originally meant. The color scheme adds a nice contrast and wonderful appeal to it’s modern style! A beautiful and iconic piece of Dutch design that will be a valuable addition to any decor! It has a very comfortable seat as well and can be used as a chair or as a chaise longue by sitting in it sideways.
The piece remains in very good, vintage condition with only minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
