Stunning in original condition chair / stool of the famous Werkbund, Germany, made in the end of the 1920s.
The ingenious design shows a square chair with a backrest around the corner and a particularly nice detail is the square strip in the foot area.
The peculiarity of this piece is that it was part of the famous Werkbund Siedlung, Germany and that it is still in its original condition, with the original ivory coloured lacquer – this is an absolute rarity.

Unfortunately, it is not known in which house the Werkbund Siedlung this chair was used, but it is in stable condition, a museum collection worthy piece.
